WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?  

Orders may be shipped on the same day if placed before 1 PM.  Otherwise they are shipped the following business day (M-F)  However all orders will be shiped within 3 to 5 business days.   The exception is during major holidays such as Christmas (allow 2 weeks), Valentine's Day and Mother and Father's Day.  If you want your order delivered sooner contact us and we will quote you the exta charges for overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day or week-end delivery.  Please send an e-mail fo orders being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii.  We will respond with the shipping costs.  The order must be placed by phone.  

WHERE DO YOU KEEP THE FOOD?

Almost all products sold by Picnic Day have ample storage space for all the items that make a picnic complete. Many products feature insulated food sections, wine duffels and food storage containers.  Food and beverage is not included with our products except when noted.   Each product has a list of included items.
 

HOW LONG DOES THE FOOD STAY HOT/COLD?

Products with Thermoguard (TM) insulation keeps your food at the proper temperature for 5-8 hours depending on the outside temperature.  Separate hot/cold packs are also available to keep your perishables fresh longer.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

Yes, you may ship your order to more than one address.  There is a $5.00 charge for each additional address.

CAN I HAVE A CHOICE OF FABRIC?

The styles of fabric for napkins and tablecloths may vary due to availability of stock on hand.

WHAT IF I SEE A PRODUCT I LIKE BUT WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Our baskets, totes and backpacks are made for one, two or four or more people.  Many of the products are similiar in a different size than shown.  E-mail us with your questions.  We're sure we have what you want.
