Picnic Today Warranty 

We offer products from Picnic Time, Sutherland Baskets and Picnic at Ascot. These are quality companies who design their products to be both attractive and durable, and made of the highest quality materials. This is why we are able to offer a lifetime warranty on all products.
Stitching is reinforced and designed for a lifetime of use. All baskets are made from natural products such as bamboo, willow and rattan. Leather straps and metal hinges and latches add strength and functionality. All items pass through a multi-stage quality control process to insure that your goods arrive in perfect condition.

The warranty is voided if a product was damaged or parts broken if used in any way other than its intended use.

 Refund/Returns/Cancellation Policy  

Cancellations are accepted until the order has shipped.   No refunds will be given on custom orders unless they arrived damaged.  On all other orders the product should be inspected when receiving it. If it has been damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us for an authorization number to return the product.  Once you have received the authorization number return the product in the original packing materials with all accessories.  You will be credited for shipping charges. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it unused and in the original packing materials with all accessories within 15 days of delivery.  Please get an authorization number before returning item.
